And then I realised — I was still doing yoga.
Yoga is union. Not just the practice, not just the breath, but allowing yourself to feel, to witness yourself, and to let whatever needs to move, move. That is yoga in motion.
It’s wild out there on the world stage right now — division, distraction, “look here, don’t look there,” so much hate and fear. The more I’ve grown spiritually, the less I speak, and the less I feel I really know. What I do know is this: we come from love, and the only change we can truly make is within ourselves.
It’s easy to get caught up in feeling behind or comparing ourselves to others. But for me, resilience isn’t about never falling — it’s about finding my way back. Today, that meant holding space for myself, letting go of the heaviness, and then moving forward. So I closed my practice, said thank you, got up… and put the kettle on. That’s yoga too.
It’s not always about strength or performance. With Wellness in the Workplace, I want to remind people that wellbeing is found in these ordinary moments — the quiet resilience of coming back to yourself, again and again.
