One of the things I love most about the Kundalini Yoga community is the sense of connection that transcends geography. 🌍
I absolutely loved attending another Great British Kundalini Yoga Festival Recently at Culford School in Bury St Edmonds. No matter where you are in the world, when you’re greeted by a fellow Kundalini Yogi, there’s a shared spirit—a quiet understanding, a generosity of heart. You feel welcomed. You know you’re among friends. 🫶
Kundalini Yoga found me 10 years ago, planting a seed that’s grown roots in every part of my life. I’ll always be deeply grateful to the teachers who held space for me with compassion and presence when I needed it most.
Words don’t quite do it justice, but this practice has truly been life-changing. 🙌🕉
For me, it’s about so much more than postures or time on the mat. It’s about connection. Belonging. Often, it finds you in moments of feeling lost or broken—and gently guides you back home to yourself. ✨
To walk this path…
To sit in Sangat…
To sing in Kirtan…
To uplift one another…
To eventually feel whole again—and become that light for someone else. ❤️
What a gift.
