Here’s how to do it:
Sit comfortably with your spine straight.
Close your right nostril with your right thumb, and inhale deeply through the left nostril.
Close the left nostril with your ring finger, and exhale through the right nostril.
Inhale through the right nostril, then close it and exhale through the left.
Repeat for 3–5 rounds.
