The inbox is pinging, the diary is filling up, and let’s be honest, some of us are surrounded by colleagues who haven’t found their “off” switch yet. 🔌

It makes having something to look forward to so much more important as we enter a new week.

Personally I have just been for a bike ride, swam with some flippers on at the leisure centre and sat in the spa for a well earned rest in the sauna and salt room, perfect start to the week.

Wondering what other people’s ideal start to a Monday morning is?

With the upcoming retreat next month (16th May)The goal is simple: connection. A chance to come back to our bodies through Kundalini Yoga and breathwork after weeks of being “heads-down” in a digital world.
But I also know that “wellness” isn’t one-size-fits-all.
For some, connection means the energy of the group. For others, the most restorative thing you can do is actually get away from your colleagues for a bit.
We’re lucky to have 10 acres of sanctuary to play with at Knotted Roots. So, we completely understand if you’d rather attend “solo” and use the space for quiet reflection. Whether you want to be right in the middle of the session or you’d prefer to just disappear to a quiet corner with a book (like the spot in the photo 🧘‍♂️), we get it.

No “mandatory fun”—just the nervous system regulation you actually need.
Details are in the second slide if you would like to join us.
