“Why haven’t you said this to me before?”
That’s what my friend’s husband said after his first 1:1 session with me last week.
He walked in tense, anxious, barely able to settle. He doesn’t talk about how he feels — not with many people, maybe not even with himself.
But by the end of the session, something had clearly shifted.
He was calmer. More grounded. More in his body.
It wasn’t magic. It was simply the result of giving him what so many men don’t often get:
A safe space to breathe. To feel. To soften without having to explain or justify.
🌿 Men Have Been Given a Raw Deal
For generations, men have been taught to suppress.
“Be strong.” “Don’t cry.” “Man up.”
But I’m seeing more and more men come through my door — and what I’m witnessing is powerful.
When they’re given permission to drop the mask, their bodies respond. Their breath slows. Their posture changes. Something unravels.
We all carry stress differently. For many men, it sits as tightness, stiffness, pain, or fatigue — and it’s not going away by ignoring it.
💬 What I Offer
My work goes beyond stretching and poses.
It’s about nervous system regulation, energetic release, and reconnecting with your inner compass.
Whether it’s 1:1, in small groups, or in workplace settings — it’s a container to come home to yourself. No judgment. No pressure. Just space to feel what’s real.
For 1:1 bookings:
There are few 1:1 sessions open this month — if this resonates, feel free to drop me a message.
For workplace sessions:
Also some space for one or two workplace wellbeing bookings in July — get in touch if you’d like to chat.
If you’ve witnessed this in your workplace (or experienced it yourself), I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Know someone who could benefit from this kind of space? Please feel free to share or tag them.
